From contract to first swim usually takes about 90 business days. Most of that is the permit.
What a full installation includes
A full installation covers the engineering plans, permit and city fees, inspections, delivery, excavation, dirt removal, plumbing, electrical, crane service when needed, backfill and the standard equipment: variable speed pump, sand filter, LED light, skimmer, return jets and main drains. All by a fully insured company, with a 15-year structural warranty.

How much does a fiberglass pool cost?
It depends on the model, the size, what you want included and your property. We go over the options and pricing in a short online meeting, then confirm everything after a free site visit.
Can I buy just the pool shell?
Yes. You can buy the shell delivered to your home, add one of our DIY equipment kits to install it yourself, or have us do the full installation. Installation is optional and quoted separately.
Why choose fiberglass over concrete?
Fiberglass pools are built in a factory and arrive finished, so installation is much faster than a concrete pool that is formed and plastered in your yard. The gelcoat surface is smooth and gentle on feet, and it resists algae, so you use fewer chemicals and spend less time cleaning. Fiberglass also flexes slightly with Florida's sandy soil instead of cracking, and there is no acid washing or replastering every several years like concrete. Less upkeep over the years means a lower cost of ownership, backed by a 15-year structural warranty.
How long does it take?
A full installation usually takes about 90 business days from contract to first swim. Plans and permit take most of that time, usually 40 to 60 days, depending on your city.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Engineering plans, the building permit, city fees and every inspection are part of a full installation.
